How many pounds can I lose in 10 weeks?

While weight is an important indicator of health, focusing on weight loss often leads people to take counter-productive measures that lead to short-term success, usually followed by re-gaining all of the lost weight. We focus on eight different metrics to ensure you’re on the path to a health lifestyle.

What is the cost of the 10-week challenge?

Our 10-week challenge pricing varies slightly from city to city according to the cost of operating the location. Our program typically costs more than do-it-on-your-own fitness facilities and significantly less than personal training. Contact us for current pricing.

What is included in my membership?

Our 10-week challenge includes an orientation and 60 classes, personal instruction, a coach, a supportive team, nutrition consultation and coaching, three fitness assessments, kickboxing wraps and gloves and a comprehensive program manual.

I haven't worked out for a long time (or ever). Can I still do it or will the workouts be too extreme for me?

If your doctor tells you it’s safe for you to exercise, then our program is perfect for you. Everyone works at the level he/she is able and progresses on an individual basis. We have everyone from people who haven't worked out a day in their lives to tri-athletes. You'll find that everyone is incredibly supportive and encouraging! We're all in it together and celebrate everyone's achievements.

Will I feel out of place because everyone else is already fit?

Not at all. One of the great things about our 10-week challenge is that the person next to you will be a beginner too! Our new students come in all shapes and sizes, and every one of our coaches and instructors began as a student.

Am I going to feel lost because I don’t know what to do?

No. Our kickboxing and strength training exercises will be presented in a progressive order throughout your 10-week experience. Before you know it, you’ll be throwing combinations at the heavy bag without even thinking about it.

How does your nutrition program work?

Our nutrition program is simple and easy to follow and customized to individuals based on their current weight and their personal goals. We coach members on how to eat whole and healthy foods with a balanced diet of proteins, carbohydrates and healthy fats. We’ll provide as much support as you need to ensure your success.  There is no diet and no supplements or special foods to buy. We'll even take you to the grocery store to show you how to shop!

Are all of those before and after pictures real?

Do I have to take a before photo?

No. The photo is completely up to you. We highly encourage you to take the photo so you can participate in the $1,000 contest and so you can see your own progress over 10-weeks. Your photo is held in confidence and no one outside of a very select group of people will see it unless you give us permission to share it.

Do I have to attend the same class time every day?

No. We highly encourage you to attend the same class time if possible, but we understand that schedules are hectic! We ask you to choose a primary class time so we can balance class sizes and so you can develop strong relationships that help to keep you accountable.

Why do I have to pay the full amount for the challenge up front?

In our 15+ years of running the challenge we have found that this is the best way to keep you accountable and motivated! If you enroll at least 30 days prior to the challenge we do offer payment plans. Please contact us to make arrangements.

Why do I have to start with a 10-week challenge? Can't I just start whenever I want to?

The 10-week challenge is designed to give you the best results possible. The instruction is tailored to you and this helps to build accountability and camaraderie with the group.

* Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping, guarantees that you will see improvement in your physical fitness. If you follow our program as stated and do not see improvement in at least 70% of your fitness testing, we will give you a full refund. All requirements below must be met for a full refund. Members must attend orientation, 5-week testing and final testing and follow the full program, including our nutrition coaching.
